Description
Mental Health in the Workplace is practical training designed to help employees at every level make a meaningful difference in their work environment. Participants will learn how to:
• create a psychologically healthy workplace
• respond to challenges constructively
• manage stress in healthy and sustainable ways

- Shape a psychologically safe workplace.
- Navigate conflict and challenges constructively.
- Understand the five core needs that support well-being.
- Take practical action to build a supportive team.
